A wind-driven snowfall by the 'beast from the east' in early march produced some scenic images at Winchcombe Station on the GWSR, where I volunteer. You can tell that the wind played a big part in shaping this snowy landscape, with snow drifts around obstructions like the bench and a solid covering beneath the bridge and station canopy. The snow on the roof of the train also has a tell-tale hard edge which is almost always associated with the interaction of wind with the snow. :)
